Minutes: 18 Staff and Parents in attendance.
~ Requests: 5th grade Wildlife Park, K Chiwankee, 4-6 plus 1st grade if time permits Planeterium, 2 LCD Projectors for Classroom Teachers
~ Bookfair will be run October 26 - November 3rd and will open through P/T/C on Oct. 29th and Oct. 31st during Fall Festival.
~ Chief Dave Verrier will work with 5th and 6th grade teachers for a Drug, Alcohol, and Internet awareness program.
~ Volunteer Coordinator, Jenn Cobly, will be contacting parents for staff lunches on Parent Teacher Conference.
Fundraising Information:
~ Genevieve will be delivered on Oct. 28th and be available during Conferences and Fall Festival.
~ Basket Raffle: Teachers will pick themes per grade level. Basket item collection will start the first of November. The drawing will be held on the last assembly before Christmas break.
~ New "Spirit" T-Shirts will be available for purchase soon.
~ Poinsettia information TBA
~ Community Yard Sale was discussed for a spring fundraiser.
