Enrollment Process

To enroll your student at the Oxford Hills Middle School, you will need to come to the Middle School to fill out enrollment and emergency forms. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Please bring the name, address, telephone and fax number of the last school your child attended, his or her birth certificate, and copies of any legal forms that pertain to your child.  We will send for your child's records from the last school they attended for you. If there is a counselor available during your visit, we will give you a tour of the Middle School and answer any questions that you have. As soon as all information is complete, your child will most likely be able to start classes the next day!  Welcome to OHMS!
